- Portfolio
- At the end of each month, a portfolio is sent home with your child. It contains the month’s artistic and academic activities in which they were engaged. We have found that parents really look forward to seeing their preschooler’s work.
- Progress report

The teachers perform ongoing assessments by observing the preschooler within the Learning Centers and in other daily activities. These assessments are a record of their progress and development.
Full reports on your child’s progress are given in February and June. After the first report, all parents meet with the coordinator to discuss their child’s progress.
- Newsletter
- At the end of each term, a newsletter is distributed to parents to update them on all preschool activities. It also includes the program of activities for the coming term.
- Menu
- A breakfast, snack, and lunch menu for the coming week is sent home each week.
