Arrival and Dismissal Policy
SPS is protected by a comprehensive security plan. To ensure safety, children are released only to adults who have been authorized for pick-up by the parents. The authorization is in writing and includes picture identification. Anyone picking up a child must show proper identification before a child may be released.
A file of names, addresses, and phone numbers of all authorized persons in the case of an emergency is also kept. This file is based on information provided on enrolment forms. There is no limit to the number of persons authorized, but ID will be requested. Written notification to the Coordinator is required in the case of any change.
All information in the child's file is treated with the utmost confidentiality at all times.
